It's been a full month since I posted on my blog, which is bad. Very bad. I have a handful of excuses -- all pretty darn good, if I do say so myself -- but excuses aren't worth a whole lot. So, to get myself back into the habit of blogging, I'm going to follow along with a few memes to get my creative juices flowing again.
This week's theme on
Heads or Tails is Direction. It's probably a pretty good theme for me since lately I never seem to know which direction I'm going. In fact, this sign pretty much sums up how my life feels most days.
I'm late on the deadlines for two books -- a very unprofessional thing to do. Between now and the end of May I'm traveling to Chicago, to New York, and to LA. My house looks like a cyclone hit it, and I'm just now getting around to accomplishing things that were on my to-do list a month ago. In fact, the faster I run, the further behind I seem to get.

Great interpretation of the prompt. Hope you get the books completed soon and enjoy the trips. My house looks like a cyclone hit it too.
